Cancellation

Cancellation is only applicable before shipping, and customers may receive full refund in this case.

Returns (if applicable)

To ensure that every customer receives the product is original and genuine, once the product is issued, non-quality problems, does not support the return of goods.

Customers may apply for a return within 14 days from receiving the product and need to provide the receipt of purchase.Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs.To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when delivered, and in the original package. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return is received and inspected, RAZ-VAPE will notify our customers if the request is approved or not. 
If so, the refund will be credited back to the payment account within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If customers have confirmed with banks that no refund has been received after 5 days since  processing, please contact us at [email protected]
